Ucci’s yoga is inspired by nature, by the ebb and flow of waves, the drift of a current, the unfurling of a flower bud, breath on a breeze, and warmth from the sun. Energy in all its forms.

Ucci’s commitment to yoga has fostered a distinctive practice that somehow draws movement out of the body rather than imposing movement on it. Her deep understanding of somatic movement creates a nurturing experience that underpins practice at all levels. Practising with her, you’ll develop a breath-led mindful practice that will leave you feeling both physically spacious and with an open heart and mind.

Ucci’s approach to teaching yoga is entirely inclusive and she can provide alternative suggestions depending on individual need.

Spring Into Action

Extra Drop-in Yoga Classes for Charity

Many thanks to all of you who attended the UcciYoga “Spring into Action” Workshop and Classes (Zoom) from 7th to 10th March 2022 and who contributed so generously towards the nominated charities. Together, we raised an amazing £740, half of which was donated to Médecins Sans Frontières and the other half to British Red Cross.

It was a great pleasure to be part of the classes and to re-connect with so many of you.

Drop-in Yoga Classes

Virtual classes on Zoom

Mindful Yoga flow, somatic movement and restorative classes where the breath leads the way. Open to all levels with variations given to suit students’ different needs and progression. The drop-in classes are open to all levels.

Tuesday

10.00hrs to 11.00hrs (UK time) – £5 per person

A calm-paced session comprising hatha Yoga, fused with somatic movements and restorative breathing practice

Wednesday

18:30hrs to 19:45hrs (UK time) – £5 per person

Comprising hatha Yoga with dynamic flow, fused with somatic movements and restorative breathing practice.

4 to 8-week Yoga courses – pre-booked, maximum number groups
