Mindful yoga flow. Somatiska rörelser och återhämtande klasser där andningen leder vägen. Klasserna är öppna för alla nivåer av erfarenhet där variationer ges för att anpassas till elevernas olika behov och utveckling.

Ucci har varit yogalärare på heltid i över 15 år och har tidigare tränat bl.a iyengaryoga, sivanandayoga och vinyasa hatha flow yoga Ucci har utvecklat sin egen stil och undervisar yogaklasser baserat på erfarenheter från flertalet grenar av yoga.
