Mindful yoga flow. Somatiska rörelser och återhämtande klasser där andningen leder vägen. Klasserna är öppna för alla nivåer av erfarenhet där variationer ges för att anpassas till elevernas olika behov och utveckling.

Uccis flow yoga-stil är under ständig förändring och utveckling

Yoga for those days when it’s not sunny, not rainy, neither hot nor cold. Yoga for when we are on our way to travel, on a holiday, staycation or starting work again.
